Washi Tape Set 40 Rolls Masking Decorative Tapes Fit DIY Scrapbooking Crafts Wrapping Thin

I really do love these. They're wonderful for my journal as the colors go perfectly with so many of the highlighters and post-it's that I use. And really, with the possible exception with a few of the brightest, these colors also tend to harmonize very well with one another in just about any combination. My only complaint is that each of the tapes come individually wrapped! Each is enclosed in a cardboard cover and then wrapped in plastic. While the cover does show how that specific color fits into the the spectrum, I'm not sure how useful that is to most people. To me, it just seems a bit wasteful.

This washi tape is perfect for my needs. However, the color range that I received does not match the photo - not even close. But it's still washi tape, there are still lots of colors, and I can use it, even though it is transparent. A plus was how nicely it was packaged and even came with some free stickers.

When I got these rolls, they were much smaller than I was expecting- but with that said they are very cute and the colors are nice. But what really kills this for me is that the tape is not very sticky- at all. I used them last night to make Easter cards for my co-workers and I ended up having to glue down the edges on every piece that was not laid completely straight. And even the straight pieces came up at the ends- also requiring glue. This made my project take at least twice as long as it would have if the tape would just stick on it's own. It also doesn't stretch well, so if you are making a curved design with it- be prepared that you will have folds in your tape. If I knew then what I know now, I would have hand drawn on my embellishments- instead of taking hours to use a tape that won't stick on its own. The colors are very cute but they do not match their paper cases. Most are either much darker or lighter than the paper case that it comes in to represent the color you will be using.

I did receive 23 rolls of tape (one is missing from the photo) but I got some duplicates and one of the colors I wanted is missing. (The colors of the labels don't exactly correspond with the colors of the tape, which probably explains why the packers didn't know they were including duplicates.) The colors are not all of equal intensity. I did find that the tape adhered well, however, when I used some to criss-cross the top of a wide-mouthed vase so my flowers would stay nicely arranged. The pale neutral green was perfect for that. These are super narrow and somewhat transparent (see photo), but since I mainly bought them to identify the paintbrushes I take to painting class, I'm expecting them to work out fine.

First there needs to be a disclaimer here. I'm using this tape as a masking medium for painting scale models. So unless you would be using it for a similar task this review isn't going to mean much.The tape is thin and cuts easily. The adhesive is more than adequate and in fact can be too sticky if your paint isn't adhering well. I've gone to running the tape over my pants to take some of the tack off of the tape before adhering it to the model. The one thing that is not good about this tape is the amount of residue it leaves behind. This adds another task to the build as you have to use a solvent to remove all the adhesive that's left behind.

I was VERY SURPRISED at how small (in width) this tape is. I expected something at least double the actual size, however this is still very nice tape. Excellent quality. Tears off fairly well and sticks good. Just sticky enough in my opinion. If you like the color pink then definitely buy this. There are many different shades of pink... that's what I noticed first.They come individually wrapped in a nice box, though unwrapping every single one is kind of annoying. They included a cute little bag of stickers with it which was a nice surprise. I'd definitely buy from this company again.

Advert shows an array of pastels. I received an array of primaries, which I never would have bought, as I consider primaries to be the dullest and most boring of all the colors in the spectrum. Otherwise, I'm sure these are fine tapes.

This is a great assortment of sizes and colors. The colors aren't quite as bright in person as they are on the screen, so be prepared for more pastel versions of this than you think. I love having matching colors in 3 widths though as I can use the same color throughout a project but change it up size-wise. I would definitely buy again!
